COVID-19 SUPPORT

Serving NJ First Responders by providing crisis counseling, virtual support groups, resiliency and wellness webinars and ensure you have access to the best and most up to date resources available to you.

NJ FIRE & EMS HOTLINE

To help prevent struggles from turning into crisis’s by providing all NJ Firefighters and EMS Personnel, and their families with live, free, confidential, stigma-free, personalized support for physical, mental, financial and social challenges.

PHYSICAL & MENTAL FITNESS

Their mission is to improve the mental health status of the first responder community by promoting multiple pathways to recovery through fitness, nutrition and overall wellness. They aim to improve the emotional and physical survivability skills so that first responders can make better decisions both on and off the job.

VIRTUAL SUPPORT GROUP

A national virtual support group for veterans, active military, and first responders. The group is hosted on Zoom weekly facilitated by a therapist to provide a platform to share stressors (related to work/service, current events, and personal life) and find practical ways to deal with them. Created by first responders in recovery from trauma and addiction.

DEPARTMENT WELLNESS PROGRAMING

Partners with NJ police departments to support police officers’ wellbeing via prevention, education, intervention, and connection. A team made up of culturally competent clinicians specializing in working with first responders and their families.

NJ POLICE HOTLINE

Retired law enforcement officers and retired law enforcement clinicians who provide confidential, 24/7 peer support to NJ law enforcement officers and their families.

POLICE HOTLINE

Dedicated to serving active and retired law enforcement officers and their loved ones by providing CONFIDENTIAL 24/7 trained retired officers for callers that are dealing with various stressors law enforcement careers encounter both on and off the job.

Intensive Outpatient Program

Tailored treatment facility for those who serve our country and communities. An Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Standard Outpatient (OP) Program exclusively for New Jersey First Responders and Vets striving towards recovery and wellness. Program can be fully virtual, in-person or hybrid.

PEER RECOVERY GROUPS

National virtual meetings for people in the Warrior Class, who may have a drinking/drug problem and for those in contact with people who have or are suspected of having a problem.

SUPPORT FOR FAMILIES

This is a podcast for first responder spouses by first responder spouses (and psychologists), and they discuss the research and realities related to the first responder family life while also sharing their own stories of navigating this lifestyle.
